Physical Donor Recognition

Physical donor recognition walls Here are just some of the benefits that physical donor recognition can bring to your organization:
- It allows your donors to feel a sense of a permanent legacy. For many older donors, seeing their name in pixels is not the same as being able to touch and feel the legacy they will be leaving behind.
- It makes a dramatic impression on visitors to your facility. When it is done right, a physical donor recognition installation will leave donors moved and inspired by their fellow community members.

Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation
The Weekend to End Breast Cancer has been an incredible event for the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation for years. When they changed to route of their walk to end near the Princess Margaret Hospital in downtown Toronto, the Foundation wanted a piece that would become a rallying point for the walkers as they finished an emotional weekend-long journey. They tapped us to create this iconic sculpture of the founding members of the walk, which was unveiled to the news, media and donors as you can see in this picture.
One Voice, One Vision Campaign (Grand River site)
When 3 hospitals in the Kitchener-Waterloo area wanted to recognize donors to their groundbreaking capital campaign, they chose us the create a stunning physical presence that would greet visitors as they approached the entrance to their respective hospitals. The stone and metal petals that create a sense of serene physical space outside the hospital represent the blooming of a new age of growth for healthcare in the region. Donor names are permanently engraved on the metal panels, leaving a legacy that will be remembered by generations to come.
Providence Healthcare
In this unique solution we combined the use of glass panels, printed donor names and image panels to recognize the donors of Providence Healthcare. The printed panels draw the visitor in as it looks like a piece of art when viewed from a distance. When you get closer to the wall the donor names start to appear and become the focal point of the installation. This type of system is extremely versatile as the donor names are printed on a sheet that can be updated and replaced as more donors give to your institution.
